Today we had a meeting with management to discuss its proposal on maintaining the voluntary guards.
The company's proposal was virtually unchanged on the issues raised in the negotiation of the agreement and still insist on the need (for them) implantation.
For the Committee conveyed to them several concerns regarding the maintenance and operation of our perception that the guards are not the most effective to undertake major repairs. Our main argument is that the problems have come when we have been involved in labor disputes and, in a climate of normality at the factory, have never been problems in these cases of breakdowns or repairs.
