MUNICIPAL GROUP OF LEFT XUNIDA LAVIANA CITY COUNCIL, UNDER THE RULES OF ORGANISATION, FUNCTION AND STATUS OF LOCAL
Before the plenary session the City Council presented the following MOTION
Our group is known, through concern that several workers have shown us, that a certain number of council staff is performing their duties in a precarious, and who have spent years putting a higher category to his own, taking a supplement, but seeing as this situation continues in time without any process of internal promotion within our council.
This creates uncertainty and discontent among the staff, which ultimately affects the service we provide to our citizens. You can not prolong this situation indefinitely and must provide channels within the law, so that these situations return to normal once and for all.
Therefore, it is submitted for consideration of full approval of the following agreement:
"They go through the necessary steps before the end of the legislature to convene an internal promotion process, to bring solutions to problems listed in the preamble.
