With regard to the work that should already be performing at our council to repair the road between Pola de Laviana and rural core Rebollo, to the surprise that this never catch up, we recall the press release of February 10, 2009 in which the director is committed to starting work in 2009. "Bueno, who visited the council, accompanied by the Director General of Highways, José Maria Pertierra, Mayor reported that the proposed road between Pola de Laviana and The Rebollada "is almost written" so that the work will be bid "soon." This action, in just over five miles (5070 meters), will involve an investment of over one million euros. "
The reality is that the work was never started, which is an unfulfilled promise for our council and its citizens. We believe that if Buendía had kept his word, over this year's work already completed and would not have been excluded from regional budgets.
Therefore, it is submitted for consideration full approval of the following agreement.
• The Ministry of Environment, Planning and Infrastructure works begin on the road Pola de Laviana - The Rebollada, throughout this year to ensure that citizens affected by the poor condition of the road can see solved this problem in the shortest time possible.
• Likewise, we ask that the Department give a reasonable response to our council of why the works were scheduled to begin in 2009 failed to run.
