In recent months we have witnessed in our country the collapse of the capitalist system and the end of a speculative growth model that takes the victim to countless workers in this country. The crisis seems to have no end, and is not taking appropriate measures so that it can be reversed by replacing the speculative growth, through a change of model, growth that can generate real wealth and, more importantly, create jobs and prosperity for all our citizens. Since our formation we are convinced that the involvement of municipalities is fundamental in the construction of a new model is more, we ensure that if municipalities are not involved in the search for an alternative model of welfare and jobs for their citizens will be impossible to establish a firm foundation to end the crisis.
To all this we must add the aggravation of our town situated in one of the most depressed regions of Asturias, which means that, for lack of opportunities, many young people are forced to migration Forced to their value is recognized beyond our borders. described since Llaviana UI, just as we made it clear at the beginning of the preamble, we absolutely must put the council to work with the intention of intervening in the economy seeking local solutions to generate new jobs and entrepreneurial activities within our council. Therefore I propose the following package of economic measures to be submitted for consideration of full approval:
1 º created an annual scholarship for young students amounting to 6000 Euros and to seek, through the development of a study new economic opportunities within our Council and leveraging our resources. It would be only one scholarship per year and to decide it would be asked the help of a group of academics, from a multidisciplinary point of view, constitute the jury has to decide which project should be scholarship.
2 º That following the results of that study was launched, in collaboration with the INEM and Valnalón, a series of courses, as necessary, to enable training professionals who may be involved in the development of initiatives directed the study.
3 º Launching the known as microcredit, small grants for the municipality to allow for operating the entrepreneurial activities related to these initiatives. Micro credit for such a call would open the year in which new entrepreneurs can gain a total aid of around 3000 euros, with a total fund for such grants would amount EUR 12000. Composition would require a new jury to determine the feasibility, the possibility of employment generation, etc., of each initiative to the granting of microcredit.
